1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" refers to the meeryph website accessible at meeryph.net, including all associated pages, features, games, and services offered therein.
• "Account" refers to the registered user profile created by a Player upon successful completion of the registration and KYC verification process.
• "Player" or "User" refers to any individual who has registered an Account on the meeryph Platform and is at least 21 years of age.
• "Wallet" refers to the PHP-denominated balance held within a Player's Account, reflecting deposits made, winnings credited, bonuses applied, and withdrawals processed.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any non-cash credits awarded to a Player through promotional offers, welcome packages, reload bonuses, free spins, or other incentive programs.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process required of all Players prior to withdrawal of funds, as mandated under applicable PAGCOR regulations.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the meeryph Platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy, and that you agree to be bound by all of them.

Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms & Conditions shall constitute your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. meeryph will provide reasonable notice of material changes through the Platform or by email to your registered address.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by meeryph, including but not limited to online casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, online bingo, slot games, and any other gaming or entertainment features made available on the Platform from time to time.

3 Eligibility and Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or use any real-money feature on the meeryph Platform. This age threshold is set in compliance with PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. meeryph reserves the right to request proof of age at any point and to suspend any Account where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.

3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

The meeryph Platform is intended for use by residents and persons physically located in the Republic of the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering an Account. meeryph does not represent or warrant that use of the Platform is legal in any jurisdiction outside the Philippines.

3.3 Registration Requirements

To register an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and a valid government-issued identification document. You agree to keep this information updated at all times. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

3.4 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the meeryph Platform. The operation of multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or through third parties — is strictly prohibited. meeryph reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate Accounts and to forfeit any balances held therein.

3.5 KYC Verification

All Players are required to complete KYC verification before withdrawing funds. meeryph may request supporting documents including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID (UMID, PhilSys, passport, or driver's license), proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account restriction.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your meeryph Login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access your Account.

meeryph will never ask for your full password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you receive a communication purporting to be from meeryph requesting your password or full account credentials, you should treat it as fraudulent and notify us immediately at the support email address listed in the footer of this page.

You agree to notify meeryph immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. meeryph shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation. All activity conducted through your Account using your correct credentials will be deemed to have been authorized by you unless and until you have notified meeryph of a security breach.

meeryph employs SSL/TLS encryption across all platform pages and supports two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP. Enabling 2FA is strongly recommended and may be required for high-value withdrawal requests.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

All deposits on the meeryph Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). Accepted deposit methods include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. Minimum and maximum deposit limits per transaction and per day are displayed on the cashier page and may be updated from time to time without prior notice.

meeryph does not accept deposits made from third-party payment accounts not registered in your name. Any deposit traced to a third-party source may be reversed, and the Account may be subject to review. All deposited funds must originate from a legitimate source; you confirm that no deposited funds represent proceeds of criminal activity.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where technically possible. In all cases, the withdrawal destination must be in the same name as the registered Account holder, as confirmed through KYC documentation. meeryph reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

Standard withdrawal processing times vary by payment channel but are generally completed within one (1) to five (5) business days. meeryph will not be held responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking system outages, or public holidays.

Withdrawal requests will not be processed if the Player's KYC verification is incomplete, if there are outstanding bonus wagering requirements on the Account balance, or if the Account is under investigation for any reason.

5.3 Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or e-wallet provider in respect of any deposit made to meeryph without first contacting meeryph support to resolve the matter is a breach of these Terms & Conditions. meeryph reserves the right to suspend the Account, pursue recovery of reversed funds, and report confirmed chargeback fraud to relevant authorities.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

meeryph may offer various promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and referral rewards. Each promotion will be accompanied by specific terms governing its eligibility, wagering requirements, validity period, and game restrictions. These specific terms are incorporated into and form part of these Terms & Conditions.

General bonus conditions applicable to all meeryph promotions unless otherwise stated include:

• Bonuses are available to one Account per household, device, and IP address.
• Bonus Funds must be wagered in full before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds can be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier will be stated in the individual promotion terms.
• meeryph reserves the right to reclaim Bonus Funds and associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that bonus abuse has occurred, including but not limited to low-risk betting strategies designed to fulfill wagering requirements without genuine gameplay exposure.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between Accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering process.
• meeryph may modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time with notice published on the Platform.

7 Game Rules and Fairness

All games available on the meeryph Platform use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, physical dealing procedures conducted by trained human dealers under recorded conditions. meeryph is committed to providing fair gaming outcomes that are not manipulated in favor of either the Platform or the Player beyond the mathematical house edge inherent in each game.

Individual game rules, return-to-player (RTP) percentages, and applicable side bet terms are displayed within each game interface or in the associated help documentation. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules of any game before placing a real-money wager.

In the event of a technical malfunction that affects game outcomes — including disconnections, software errors, or data transmission failures — meeryph reserves the right to void the affected round and return the staked amount to the Player's Wallet. Payouts resulting from a clearly erroneous game outcome (for example, a software glitch displaying an incorrect jackpot amount) will not be honored, and meeryph will restore the correct balance.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions constitute prohibited conduct on the meeryph Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering an Account if you are under 21 years of age or in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification;
• Operating, accessing, or benefiting from more than one registered Account;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with games, the Platform, or the meeryph Login system in an unauthorized manner;
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly poker or other competitive formats;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the Platform to process funds of illegal origin;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Platform's software, security systems, or data infrastructure;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward meeryph staff or other Players;
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks against deposits made to the Platform.

9 Responsible Gaming

meeryph is committed to promoting responsible gambling and preventing problem gaming among its Players. The Platform provides a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible from the account settings area following meeryph Login, including:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount that can be deposited into your Wallet.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the amount you can lose over a defined period to help manage gaming expenditure.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the meeryph Platform — including but not limited to the meeryph brand name, logo, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, audio, video, and trade dress — is the intellectual property of meeryph or its licensors and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, reverse-engineer, or otherwise exploit any content or software on the Platform without the prior written consent of meeryph.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, meeryph, its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Loss of funds due to unauthorized Account access resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials;
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical failures, force majeure events, or third-party service disruptions;
• Any errors in game outcomes caused by network latency, device incompatibility, or connectivity issues on the Player's end;
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information, promotions, or communications made available on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit meeryph's liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

12 Privacy

The collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data by meeryph is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to meeryph processing your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws in the Philippines, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

meeryph will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties except as required to operate the Platform (for example, sharing data with payment processors for transaction verification) or as required by law, court order, or regulatory directive from PAGCOR or another competent authority.

13 Amendments to These Terms

meeryph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — affecting Player rights, financial obligations, or core eligibility criteria — meeryph will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice via a notice posted on the Platform or by email to your registered address. Non-material changes (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substantive meaning of any provision) may take effect without prior notice.

Your continued use of the meeryph Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms & Conditions shall constitute your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure through the support channels described in Section 15.

14 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the meeryph Platform, meeryph encourages Players to first contact our support team (see Section 15) in order to seek an amicable resolution. meeryph will make reasonable efforts to address all legitimate Player complaints within a reasonable timeframe.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate Philippine courts or, where applicable, to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism for online gaming operators. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for any legal proceedings arising from these Terms & Conditions.
