meeryph Privacy Policy
Your personal data is handled with care at meeryph. This Privacy Policy explains exactly what information we collect, why we collect it, how it is used and protected, and what rights you hold as a data subject under Philippine law. We keep it plain — no fine-print surprises.
Our Privacy Commitments at a Glance
These are the six core commitments that drive how meeryph handles your personal information. The full policy below contains the binding detail — but this is the spirit behind it.
We Collect Only What We Need
meeryph collects personal data strictly for the purposes described in this policy — registration, KYC verification, payment processing, customer support, and responsible gaming compliance. We do not collect data speculatively or in excess of what our operations require.
We Do Not Sell Your Data
meeryph does not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal information to unaffiliated third parties for their own commercial or marketing purposes. Your data is used to operate and improve the meeryph platform — full stop. Any sharing with third parties is strictly limited to what is necessary for service delivery.
Bank-Grade Security Measures
All data transmissions between your device and the meeryph platform are protected by SSL/TLS encryption. Sensitive data at rest — including identity documents submitted during KYC, payment method details, and account credentials — is stored with industry-standard encryption and strict access controls.
You Own Your Rights
As a data subject under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), you have clear rights over your personal data — including the right to access, correct, object to processing, and request erasure subject to legal obligations. meeryph provides straightforward channels to exercise these rights.
PAGCOR and DPA Compliance
meeryph's data handling practices are shaped by two regulatory frameworks: PAGCOR's requirements for online gaming operators (including mandatory KYC and anti-money laundering data retention) and the Philippine Data Privacy Act as enforced by the National Privacy Commission. Compliance with both is non-negotiable.
You Control Your Communications
meeryph will only send marketing communications — including promotional offers, bonus notifications, and game updates — to Players who have opted in. You can update your communication preferences at any time from your account settings after meeryph Login, or by contacting support at the address listed in the footer.
1 Introduction
meeryph ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of all individuals who access or use the meeryph online casino and sports betting platform (the "Platform"). This Privacy Policy describes how meeryph collects, uses, stores, discloses, and protects personal information in connection with your use of the Platform.
This policy is issued in compliance with Republic Act No. 10173, otherwise known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (DPA), and its Implementing Rules and Regulations as enforced by the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines. It also reflects our obligations as a PAGCOR-regulated online gaming operator, including mandatory KYC and anti-money laundering data retention requirements.
This Privacy Policy should be read alongside our Terms & Conditions and our Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which form part of our agreement with you as a registered meeryph Player.
2 Data Controller
For the purposes of the Data Privacy Act of 2012, meeryph acts as the Personal Information Controller (PIC) in respect of the personal data you provide when registering for and using the Platform. As PIC, meeryph determines the purposes and means of processing your personal data and bears primary responsibility for ensuring that processing is carried out lawfully, fairly, and transparently.
Where meeryph engages third-party service providers to process personal data on its behalf — for example, payment gateway operators, identity verification vendors, or cloud infrastructure providers — those parties act as Personal Information Processors (PIP) under written agreements that bind them to standards consistent with this Privacy Policy and the DPA.
Our designated Data Protection Officer (DPO) may be contacted using the details provided in Section 14 of this policy.
